Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Know how auction items are categorized on shelves
• Greet and assist customers in finding their items
• Make customers glad they have won an item, to encourage them to continue bidding
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
• Scan customers in and out for item pick-ups

Qualifications

• Must be available to work onsite Monday through Saturday, for 8 hours with a half-hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• Must be highly organized
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be customer-focused
