About the role

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports travel planning, group and event coordination, reservations, traveler support, supplier communication, and service workflows through data entry and typing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and structured data used across travel planning, group and event coordination, reservations, traveler support, supplier communication, and service workflows.
• Review source information for completeness, formatting, and consistency; document exceptions before updating approved systems.
• Prepare or update reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and tracking files that support workflows.
• Follow documented quality-control steps to protect data accuracy, confidentiality, and traceability.
• Communicate status, questions, discrepancies, and completed work clearly so the team can act on reliable information.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry or closely related work with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace.

Pay

Base compensation: $35,000–$45,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
