Remote Volunteer User Interface Designer — iLevelUP

Responsibilities

• Design approved web and mobile screens, states, components, and responsive layouts
• Maintain reusable color, typography, spacing, icon, form, navigation, feedback, and content patterns
• Meet accessibility expectations for contrast, focus, zoom, touch targets, labels, error states, and motion
• Create realistic prototypes for review and usability testing
• Collaborate with UX research, interaction design, content, product, accessibility, and development volunteers
• Incorporate evidence and approved feedback while documenting key decisions
• Protect participant information used in research or examples

Qualifications

• Experience in UI, visual, product, web, or mobile design
• Strong Figma or comparable tools, responsive design, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff
• Familiarity with accessibility, usability, privacy, youth-centered design, and component-based development
• Portfolio or work samples are helpful
• At least 18 years old and willing to complete screening and confidentiality requirements
