About the role
We are seeking a Remote Travel Support Advisor to join our team. This role will provide travel support services to clients, ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Handle inquiries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and changes.
- Ensure compliance with all travel policies and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless travel processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in travel support or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with travel management systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar.
