About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Assistant to support digital marketing initiatives for a travel advisory brand. This role focuses on content creation, audience engagement, and brand visibility across social media platforms. Ideal for individuals who enjoy marketing, storytelling, and travel-related content. Prior travel industry experience is not required. Training and brand guidelines will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and scheduling content across social media platforms
- Support the development of posts, captions, short-form videos, and promotional graphics
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally
- Research travel trends, destinations, and relevant hashtags
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Track basic performance metrics and provide engagement insights
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of content creation and digital marketing principles
- Comfortable using scheduling tools and simple design platforms
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
