Remote Travel Coach (Niche-Destination Weddings)

Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time Remote Travel Coach to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of creating unforgettable destination weddings for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional communication via phone, email, and video conferencing
• Understand clients' needs and preferences, and use your expertise to recommend and plan personalized destination wedding experiences
• Research and book flights, accommodations, activities, and other travel arrangements for clients
• Collaborate with our team of travel experts to ensure all aspects of the trip are well-planned and executed
• Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends and destination information to provide valuable insights to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning or travel process, providing timely and effective solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with a focus on destination weddings
• Strong knowledge of popular wedding destinations, resorts, and activities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' needs
• Passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences for clients
• Must be based in Alabama, USA

Contract Details

• This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• This is a remote position, but occasional travel may be required for team meetings or client events
