Remote Therapist – Older Adults | LICSW / LMFT / LCMHC | New Hampshire | Telehealth

About the role

Sailor Health is a virtual behavioral health practice dedicated to serving older adults, a population often underserved in mental health. We provide Medicare-covered therapy to seniors dealing with issues like grief, loss, isolation, and the challenges of aging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
