Remote Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy
• Navigate our EMR system eClincalWorks or learn the system
• Create and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in regular supervision and/or case consultations (if applicable)
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical guidelines in all client interactions
• Stay updated on best practices and continuing education in the field
• Manage your own caseload

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Current NEW YORK licensure in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in providing therapy
• eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience a plus but not required
