What you'll do

• Prepare and review personal and business tax returns for clients across multiple states
• Deliver tax planning strategies that make a real difference for entrepreneurial clients
• Lead and mentor a remote tax team — training, development, and quality review
• Own client relationships year-round: kick-off meetings, onboarding calls, and ongoing advisory
• Resolve back tax issues and manage IRS communications
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across all tax documentation

What they're looking for

• CPA or EA (required & is a must have)
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple tax clients
• Strong individual and business return prep experience, plus multi-state tax knowledge
• Proven team supervision experience
• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Business, or related field
• Excellent communicator who's comfortable client-facing
• Tech-savvy with tax software and eager to build advanced skills
