We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager & Content Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and skilled in creating engaging content that showcases the quality of our work and enhances our brand's online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content that showcases our landscape design, installation, and maintenance projects.
  • Write compelling copy for social media posts, blog articles, and other digital marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady stream of relevant material.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools to guide strategy and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with our landscaping team to capture project details and create authentic "before and after" content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in content creation and social media campaign management.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and content creation applications (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.
  • A genuine interest in landscape design, horticulture, or home improvement is highly desirable.
