About the role

The ideal candidate will be able to support our team in delivering effective social media management to enhance online presence and engagement for our clients. Work is fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple businesses, including beauty salons and local brands.
  • Create and execute social media campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not required).
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
