About the role

Join DATAMARK's social media and marketing team and contribute your expertise in a role where your impact truly matters! Social Media is responsible for owning and executing DATAMARK's organic social media strategy across relevant platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a cohesive content strategy that aligns with broader marketing objectives, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Manage a content calendar, creating graphics/content, and using data to improve performance in our social media strategy.
  • Schedule and oversee high-quality social content, including copy, basic visuals, and collaboration with designers for advanced creative.
  • Support executive and SME thought leadership by drafting content and positioning DATAMARK as a leader in BPO, CX, and digital transformation.
  • Partner with marketing, PPC, content, analytics, and HR teams to support integrated campaigns, demand generation, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social performance, providing actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and visibility into trends and opportunities.
  • Show strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to draft, proof, and refine executive- and brand-level social content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B/BPO marketing.
  • BPO experience in social media.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience managing social media for B2B brands.
  • Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn following and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills

  • Strong social media analytics skills.
  • Highest level of proficiency in LinkedIn marketing practices.
  • Proficient in scheduling and analytics tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Pay

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annually
