About the role

This position serves as a Remote Services Project Manager within Siemens, managing projects related to remote services. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of remote services projects.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens policies and industry standards.
  • Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, engineering, and customer service to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a technology or service-oriented environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful project management in remote services environments.
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $110,900.00 - $180,000.00 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

Schedule

The position is remote and flexible, allowing for a work schedule that accommodates the needs of the individual and the project demands.
