Remote - ServiceNow Developer (CIS-FSM Certified)(w2 only)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with an active Certified Implementation Specialist Field Service Management (CIS-FSM) certification. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow FSM solutions, developing workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements while supporting a Government/Federal partner.

Required Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow CIS-FSM (Field Service Management) certification.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) implementations.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform customization, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
• Experience developing workflows, automation, and platform enhancements.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ServiceNow best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Government or Federal clients.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
