Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to join their Data Center team and support the successful delivery of complex data center construction projects across the United States.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in mission critical environments is preferred, including commissioning activities.
  • Construction experience—i.e., "boots on the ground." This is site-level construction experience who knows the construction process.
  • Understanding of best practice relating to the delivery of a construction program is required.
  • Extensive experience in creating and maintaining project and program schedules using Primavera P6 within a multi-project environment.
  • Extensive experience integrating schedule information from engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and construction teams into master program schedules.
  • Extensive experience supporting implementation of project planning and scheduling standards, processes, and best practices across data center construction programs.
  • Extensive experience partnering with project and construction teams to maintain schedule integrity and ensure alignment with project objectives and milestones.
  • Extensive experience monitoring schedule performance, progress updates, and forecasting to identify potential delays, constraints, and recovery opportunities.
  • Extensive experience coordinating and consolidating multiple sources of schedule data into integrated reporting platforms and program-level dashboards.
  • Extensive experience preparing and delivering project status reports, schedule narratives, and executive-level presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience generating and maintaining milestone schedules and short-term look-ahead schedules to support project execution and decision-making.
  • Extensive experience performing schedule risk assessments, critical path analysis, and what-if scenario modeling to evaluate project impacts.
  • Extensive experience analyzing schedule variances against baseline plans and providing recommendations for corrective actions and recovery strategies.
  • Extensive experience evaluating schedule impacts related to scope changes, design revisions, procurement activities, and change orders.
  • Extensive experience facilitating schedule review meetings and working closely with project teams to proactively resolve scheduling challenges.
  • Extensive experience supporting project controls reporting and governance requirements, including compliance with applicable company and client standards.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
