REMOTE - Senior Project Manager, Quantitative

About the role

The Senior Project Manager, Quantitative will oversee all phases of data collection projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 20252/26362 standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and timelines, communicate progress to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure project completion within deadlines.
• Coordinate internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming teams, review materials, and determine timelines and schedules.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status, recommend actions to the panel team to optimize sample size, and ensure timely payment of incentives to panelists.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 20252/26362 standards and other regulatory requirements, and collaborate with the finance team to complete billing and invoicing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing research, with preference given to experience in healthcare data collections.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or similar platforms, Microsoft Office, and advanced skills in Excel and Word.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with attention to detail.

Qualifications
