About the role

For our client, we are seeking a REMOTE-Senior HRIS Analyst - (workday) to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze employee information using Workday HRIS
• Design, implement, and analyze reports for organizational trends
• Ensure system integration and upgrades by collaborating with colleagues
• Resolve issues and coordinate responses during technology/process events
• Lead projects related to Workday functionality with SME support
• Document all changes and enhancements with best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of proven analytical expertise
• 5+ years in HR or related function, Workday accreditation desired
• Proven management and leadership capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude

Compensation: $120,000 annually
