Responsibilities
- Develop secure solutions for Android platforms using Kotlin and Java
- Write clean, modern code adhering to best practices
- Maintain comprehensive internal documentation
- Optimize app performance regarding speed and memory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on time
- Review code and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot, debug, research competitor products, and learn new technologies
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of Android application development experience
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and Android Studio
- Experience with RESTful APIs, unit testing, UI and integration testing
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Eligibility as a “US Person” due to GovCloud involvement
