About the role
We are seeking remote Health Insurance Sales professionals to assist customers in understanding and selecting coverage options.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls to explain coverage options and assist with product selection
- Making outbound follow-up calls to customers
- Building trust and maintaining customer relationships with compassion
- Supporting workflow and answering policy-related questions for Medicare applications
- Demonstrating sales skills and working independently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life Insurance License in the resident state
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in insurance
- Strong communication and typing skills (35+ WPM, 90% accuracy)
- High school diploma or GED, 18+ years old
Work-from-home Technology Requirements
- Windows 11 PC with 8GB RAM, i3 4th gen or better processor, and a second monitor
- USB noise-canceling headset
- Stable high-speed wired internet (25 Mbps upload, 50 Mbps download)
- Cell phone or tablet with required system specs and MFA app installed
