About the role

Supports the scheduling and travel services department in managing appointments and travel arrangements for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating client meetings and travel arrangements remotely.
  • Handles scheduling of appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups using scheduling software.
  • Ensures all travel requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicates with clients to ensure their needs are met and resolves any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with remote work and scheduling tools is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
