About the role
Supports the scheduling and travel services department in managing appointments and travel arrangements for clients.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating client meetings and travel arrangements remotely.
- Handles scheduling of appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups using scheduling software.
- Ensures all travel requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Communicates with clients to ensure their needs are met and resolves any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with remote work and scheduling tools is preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
