Remote Sales Representative (CB)

Fisher Organization is expanding our remote sales team and looking for driven individuals who enjoy working with people, are willing to learn, and want the opportunity to build a long-term career. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a proven sales process to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Meet virtually with individuals and families
- Identify client needs and present appropriate benefit and life insurance solutions
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and follow up with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow a structured sales and customer-service process
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
- Work toward individual performance and career-development goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Willing to learn and follow a structured sales process
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be eligible and willing to obtain a state life insurance license
Sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay
Estimated annual earnings: $60,000-$100,000 based on performance. This is a commission-based sales position with no guaranteed base salary. Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance.
Licensing
Because this position involves life insurance sales, candidates selected to move forward must obtain the appropriate state insurance license. Guidance and support are provided throughout the licensing process.
