Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and service products to group accounts/territories, growing the book of business through sales, upsells, and renewals via partner brokers/consultants.
  • Advises brokers/consultants on Technology Platforms and Enrollment Solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conducts demos for brokers/consultants and potential clients.
  • Affords enrollment strategies to educate employees on benefit programs.
  • Develops new business opportunities and maintains relationships with carrier representatives.
  • Led or assists in case implementations for new sales.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and communicate effectively via phone or webinar.
  • Driven, competitive, and proactive with a sense of urgency.
  • Comfortable working in team settings and articulating solutions.
  • At least one year of professional experience; industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to learn new products and services; Life and Health License preferred.
