Key Responsibilities
- Sell and service products to group accounts/territories, growing the book of business through sales, upsells, and renewals via partner brokers/consultants.
- Advises brokers/consultants on Technology Platforms and Enrollment Solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conducts demos for brokers/consultants and potential clients.
- Affords enrollment strategies to educate employees on benefit programs.
- Develops new business opportunities and maintains relationships with carrier representatives.
- Led or assists in case implementations for new sales.
Qualifications And Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and communicate effectively via phone or webinar.
- Driven, competitive, and proactive with a sense of urgency.
- Comfortable working in team settings and articulating solutions.
- At least one year of professional experience; industry experience preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to learn new products and services; Life and Health License preferred.
