Role Overview

This position involves driving sales growth for commercial truck and trailer tires in the assigned territory. The Sales Manager will build strong relationships with customers, including dealers and fleets, by providing expert advice on products and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Retain and expand accounts
  • Promote new products
  • Conduct market analysis
  • Coincordinate product launches
  • Travel independently
  • Strategically plan sales

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3+ years of sales experience or a high school diploma with 3-6+ years of related sales experience
  • Experience in tire, automotive, or technology sales preferred
  • Strong consultative sales skills required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Able to travel up to 50%
  • Meet physical demands such as lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office advantageous

Key Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects
  • Execute sales strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new business
  • Promote high-performance products and new technologies
  • Manage product launches and market analysis
  • Respond to operational inquiries and prepare reports
