Role Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within assigned markets, focusing on increasing SKU distribution, shelf space, and promotional displays across retail channels such as Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the "perfect store" sales plan
- Participate in distributor route rides and market blitzes
- Provide ongoing communication with distributor partners
- Aid management with additional duties
- Maintain sales KPIs through account audits, opportunities, and execution tracking using CRM tools
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ years of consumer goods or distributor sales experience
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort with face-to-face customer interactions
- Presentation abilities
