Remote Sales
About the Role
Spieldenner Financial Group is part of one of the fastest-growing insurance organizations in the country. Our focus is on paying agents quickly, minimizing costs, and providing the training and support agents need to succeed.
We serve people by meeting with clients (in person or virtually) to analyze their financial situation, protect them by customizing plans with top-rated insurance companies, and grow as a personal development company that impacts clients, agents, and the community.
We maintain a people-first mentality, offering unparalleled benefits and industry connections to ensure agents have the resources to excel.
Responsibilities
- Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week – Reach out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and schedule meetings to discuss mortgage protection.
- Research: 4-5 hours per week – Analyze client-provided information to customize coverage options for their financial needs in case of death or disability.
- Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – Meet with clients (virtually or in-person) to present options, discuss coverage details, and assist with applications.
- Administrative: 2 hours per week – Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
Requirements
We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. While skill set is important, it is not the sole focus for this position.
Pay
This is a commission-only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. Full-time agents typically sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week.
In addition to mortgage protection, agents can sell premium financial products (e.g., retirement savings or protection for 401(k)s and IRAs). Earnings include uncapped commission, competitive bonuses, and incentive trips based on individual and team performance.
No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical or guaranteed. Success depends on work effort, training implementation, and the insurance needs of clients in your geographic area.
