The Hirsh Agency is seeking independent life insurance agents who are eager to learn the business, work hard, and earn what they deserve. This role does not involve cold calling or membership fees.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals who have reached out for life insurance assistance
• Provide personalized advice and solutions based on client needs
• Build strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Participate in hands-on training and mentoring from experienced agents
• Grow your own agency if desired

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Passion for helping others and improving their financial security

Qualifications

• Life insurance license (can be obtained through the agency)
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Open to learning and adapting to new systems and processes
