About the role
The Hirsh Agency is seeking independent life insurance agents who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and earn what they’re worth. This role does not involve cold calling or membership fees.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients who have already reached out for assistance with life insurance
- Receive hands-on training and mentoring from experienced agents
- Enjoy a flexible work schedule and the potential to earn significant income

Requirements
- Willingness to work hard and build relationships

Qualifications
- Life insurance license (can be obtained through the agency)
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Open to learning and adapting to a new industry
