We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About Agero: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Agero" is company overview. Could be placed under "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading, but we could also put company description there. Probably "About the role" should contain description of role and mission. The posting includes "Role Description and Mission: The Job & Why It Matters". That's suitable for About the role. - Responsibilities: Key Outcomes: What you'll do (list). That's responsibilities. - Requirements: Position Requirements (location, experience, background check, workspace needs, tech requirements). That's requirements. - Qualifications: maybe Skills, Education, & Experience: What We’re Looking For (skills list). Could be Qualifications or Skills. The instruction includes both Qualifications and Skills as possible headings. We need to decide. The posting has "Skills, Education, & Experience: What We’re Looking For". That's a list of skills/attributes. Could go under Skills. Qualifications could be education/experience? But they didn't separate education. Could combine. We'll follow: Skills heading for that list. Qualifications maybe not needed if no separate qual. But we could put education/experience under Qualifications. However the posting includes "Customer-Facing Experience: You bring 1+ years..." etc under Position Requirements. That's more requirements. So Qualifications may be redundant. We'll include Skills for the list of skills. Possibly also include Qualifications for education? Not present. So we omit Qualifications. - Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package described. - Pay: Solid Starting Pay etc. - Schedule: Start Dates, Training, & Production Schedules includes start dates, training, shift selection. That's schedule. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details like specific tech specs, location list, pay rates, benefits list, etc. We need to be careful to not include boilerplate like note about travel for onboarding? That's in About Agero section: "Note: For our technical positions, we love to get you started in person! You may be required to travel to Medford for your initial onboarding. Don't worry about the logistics - once you're hired, we handle all travel arrangements and expenses for you." This is substantive? It's about onboarding travel. Should we keep? It's part of About Agero note. It's not boilerplate; it's specific. We'll keep it. Also note about "Managing one of the largest national networks..." etc. Keep. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

... (role description and mission plus maybe company overview? Actually About the role should focus on role. Could include both role description and mission. We'll put the role description and mission text there. Also maybe include the note about onboarding travel? That's more about company. Could put under About the role or maybe a separate About the company? Not allowed headings. We'll put it in About the role as part of description. But we also have "About Agero:" paragraph. Could we include that under About the role? Might be okay. The instruction: use headings for sections e.g. About the role, Responsibilities... So we can put company overview under About the role as well. It's not strictly role but okay. Alternatively we could have no separate heading for company overview; just include it in About the role. We'll produce:
