Remote Research Participant

Responsibilities

• Participate in remote research studies including one-on-one interviews, online surveys, and usability testing sessions.
• Provide clear, detailed, and constructive feedback on new website features, marketing materials, and service concepts.
• Evaluate digital prototypes and live products, identifying areas for improvement in user experience and functionality.
• Articulate your thought processes, opinions, and experiences clearly to the research team during moderated sessions.
• Complete all assigned research tasks and follow-up questionnaires in a timely and thorough manner.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project information and materials.
• Collaborate effectively with research moderators to ensure study objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to express thoughts and opinions clearly and concisely.
• Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection, a computer with a webcam, and a functioning microphone.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Proficiency in using common video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
• A high degree of reliability, professionalism, and punctuality for all scheduled sessions.
• Prior experience in the residential property market (e.g., as a buyer, seller, or renter) is highly advantageous but not essential.
• Must be comfortable learning new technologies and navigating unfamiliar websites and applications.
