About The Role

We are on the hunt for a passionate and insightful individual to embrace the position of Remote Representative, stepping into the vital role of a Part-Time Financial Literacy Ambassador. In this impactful position, you'll collaborate with communities to tackle the significant issue of financial illiteracy. Your goal is to drive positive change remotely, equipped with comprehensive resources and training for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of a book of existing customer accounts.
  • Achieve top-tier renewal rates and minimize churn in portfolio retention.
  • Expand revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
  • Deliver exceptional account management and customer advocacy to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accuracy in commercial and CRM data to bolster forecasting and operational coordination.

Core Objectives

  • Enhance portfolio retention and ensure smooth contractual continuity.
  • Innovate expansion revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
  • Deliver exceptional account management and customer advocacy to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accuracy in commercial and CRM data to bolster forecasting and operational coordination.

Skills and Expertise

  • Preferred experience in customer service, leadership, and management.
  • Evidence of effectiveness in account management and renewal processes, along with negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective virtual engagements and business review facilitation.
  • Proficient in handling CRM data accuracy and forecasting.
  • Aptitude for managing time efficiently in a remote, part-time setting to meet business targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete is advantageous but not essential.
  • Must be a US citizen, 18 years or older, with the capability to pass a background check.
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurially minded with a commitment to financial education.
