Responsibilities
- Provide total contract management of each project assigned, including coordination of the detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs of products and services.
- Oversee the customer and project team in establishing the sequential steps involved in all processes with the scope of the project and adapt schedules and work tasks accordingly.
- Communicate with customers regarding project details involving detailing, fabrication and delivery issues.
- Review rebar shop drawings and direct the revision of drawings as needed.
- Schedule the detailing and delivery of required products and services with the contractor, detailers, and production team.
- Answer customer questions related to assigned projects and resolve any problems that may occur.
- Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested for the support of the organization.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in a related discipline or MS/MA with 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineer, Construction Management, related degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of project management experience and 1+ year of construction project management experience.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCad or MicroStation.
- Able to read & understand structural & architectural drawings.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills combined with the ability to meet deadlines and mult-task in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
Pay Range: $75,900.00 - $118,300.00 Annual
New Jersey law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity and other factors.
