About the role
This role is built on the belief that the best deals never hit the MLS; they move through people who know people. It combines elements of acquisitions, relationship management, and networking.
Responsibilities
- Review how we source, track, and work relationships and off-market deal flow today
- Access our CRM and communication tools and map where deals and contacts live
- Make your first round of outreach and follow-up calls to warm and new contacts
- Attend your first team standup and understand how a conversation becomes a tracked deal
- Build and nurture relationships — keep property owners, investors, wholesalers, and agents warm on both the buy and sell side
- Source off-market deals — find motivated sellers and inventory before it's publicly listed, through conversations, referrals, and community presence
- Grow the network on both sides — maintain a bench of cash buyers and a pipeline of sellers so you can match the right deal to the right person
- Run phone-first outreach and follow-up — consistent, genuine follow-up is where the deals actually come from; you don't let relationships go cold
- Move deals forward — take a conversation from first contact toward agreement, coordinating with the team on next steps
- Keep the pipeline clean — log contacts, conversations, and deal status so nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
- Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, dispositions, investor relations, or relationship-driven sales
- Relationship-driven — you build trust fast and keep it; people remember you and bring you deals
- Phone-comfortable — you'd rather call than email, and you're good at it
- Understand off-market deal flow — motivated sellers, distressed situations, creative structures, buyer networks
- Organized and self-directed — you keep your own pipeline and follow-up tight without daily check-ins
Qualifications
- Nice-to-have: An existing network of cash buyers, investors, or off-market sellers you've worked with
- Nice-to-have: Personal experience investing in or wholesaling real estate
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with CRM tools (and the discipline to actually use one)
- Nice-to-have: Real estate license (a plus, not required)
- Nice-to-have: Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
