About the Role

Fully remote position for a California-licensed Telehealth Psychologist with experience in psychological testing, including SIMS, MMPI-3, and MPQ. This role focuses on diagnosing and treating mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders to improve patients' psychological well-being. You will collaborate with other mental health team members as needed and apply advanced psychological diagnostic methods and evidence-based intervention strategies.

Schedule

Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
  • Apply advanced professional psychological diagnostic methods and evidence-based intervention strategies.
  • Demonstrate Concentra core competencies: service mentality, attention to detail, sense of urgency, initiative, and flexibility.
  • Make decisions or solve problems using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and interact with people in a tactful and professional manner.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in compliance with federal and state laws and company policies.
  • Utilize proven therapy and counseling knowledge and experience.
  • Exhibit patience, especially when working with challenging or resistant patients.
  • Employ strong interpersonal skills to relate to patients and diagnose/treat issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate empathy to help patients understand the causes of their feelings.
  • Maintain trustworthiness to ensure confidentiality.
  • Use communication skills to create a safe environment for patients, knowing when to talk and when to listen.
  • Apply critical thinking for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment recommendations.
  • Recognize human behaviors and provide assessments.
  • Utilize critical thinking, active learning, deductive reasoning, and judgment/decision-making skills.
  • Effectively convey information to supervisors, peers, or customers.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate Degree (PhD, PsyD, EdD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited college or university.
  • APA-approved Clinical Psychology internship.
  • California licensure as a Psychologist.
  • Experience with psychological testing (SIMS, MMPI-3, MPQ).

Pay

Base compensation range of $150,000 to $170,000 annually, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience, geographic location, and seniority.
