About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment. The location for this role is Houston, TX, and it is only available to US-based candidates, with no visa sponsorship available. The compensation for this role is $325,000 – $375,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry services
  • Treat lower to moderate acuity populations such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD
  • Work with patients across all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
  • Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups
  • Manage patient care without involvement in inpatient or crisis settings
  • Utilize an in-house referral network to connect with therapists
  • Receive full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO)
  • Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available)
  • Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
  • Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
  • Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
