Remote Psychiatrist (MD/DO) - Kansas

Remote, US-based opportunity for a psychiatrist to deliver outpatient telepsychiatry care in Kansas. No visa sponsorship is available.

About the role

Lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. Work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Assess and treat lower to moderate acuity populations such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD
• Work with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and geriatrics
• Conduct standard session lengths with flexibility for clinical decision-making
• Utilize an in-house referral network for additional patient support
• Manage clinical workload without administrative burdens

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license with multi-state licensing support
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills

Pay

$325,000 – $375,000 annually
