Remote Psychiatrist (MD/DO)

About the role

Full-time or part-time W-2 position offering 100% remote outpatient telepsychiatry. Base salary plus monthly productivity incentive (guaranteed during first 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatry care to lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD)
• Serve patients across the lifespan: children/adolescents, adults, geriatric
• Conduct standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups
• No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage required
• Clinical autonomy over schedule, session length, and patient population

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available)
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
• Comfort with streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and collaborative mindset
