Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Wisconsin

Responsibilities

• Treat lower to moderate acuity populations such as anxiety and depression
• Conduct standard 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups
• Operate without inpatient care or intensive outpatient programs
• Utilize an integrated care model with in-house referrals to specialists
• Receive full operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination
• Maintain clinical autonomy with flexibility in scheduling and patient management

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations and medication management
• Comfort with a fully remote telepsychiatry model
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative communication skills

Pay

$180,000 – $215,000 annually
