Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - West Virginia

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Work with lower to moderate acuity populations such as anxiety and depression
• Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-up sessions
• Avoid inpatient or crisis care management tasks
• Utilize an integrated care model with access to in-house referrals
• Receive full operational support for scheduling and billing
• Maintain control over session structure and patient selection

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations and medication management
• Comfortable with telepsychiatry practices
• Proficient in electronic medical records for accurate documentation
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills
