Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Evaluate and manage lower to moderate acuity populations
• Conduct 60-minute intake and 30-minute follow-up sessions
• Participate in an integrated care model with referrals to psychiatrists and therapists
• Make clinical decisions with full autonomy without pressure to cut sessions

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management
• Comfortable in a fully remote, telepsychiatry model
• Proficient with electronic medical records
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
