Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Nevada

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Nevada to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, with a focus on common conditions such as anxiety and depression. The position emphasizes clinical autonomy, evidence-based practice, and consistent patient access through structured intake and follow-up visits. You will also work within an integrated care model that includes internal referrals and strong operational support. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $180,000 – $215,000 annually Responsibilities Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care Manage lower to moderate acuity populations such as anxiety and depression Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups Avoid inpatient or intensive outpatient program responsibilities Utilize an integrated care model with in-house referrals Receive full operational support for scheduling and billing Maintain clinical autonomy in decision-making and session structure Qualifications Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP Experience in outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management Comfort with telepsychiatry and electronic medical records Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development Benefits Employer-paid malpractice coverage Employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match and immediate eligibility Paid time off (PTO) and 11 paid holidays CME reimbursement and dedicated CME days Licensing support with upfront cost coverage Technology package provided Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
