Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Montana

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Manage a patient population with lower to moderate acuity mental health issues
• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups
• Utilize an integrated care model with referrals to psychiatrists and therapists
• Engage in clinical decision-making without pressure to reduce session lengths

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations and treatment planning
• Comfortable with remote, telepsychiatry-based practice
• Proficient with electronic medical records
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

$180,000 – $215,000 annually
