We are launching Prosper Health's Medication Management program by the end of 2026 and hiring Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Arizona to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. Medication management is a natural extension of the individualized support we’ve always believed neurodivergent adults deserve. As one of our first PMHNPs, you won’t just deliver care inside an existing structure—you’ll help build it.
