Core Accountabilities

• Administer expert pharmacological and psychiatric care to patients using our encrypted telehealth system
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans following comprehensive patient evaluations
• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and promptly, maintaining high professional standards
• Uphold strict compliance with all HIPAA privacy and security regulations
• Coordinate care with other medical professionals when necessary to ensure holistic patient outcomes

Mandatory Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered state PMHNP license
• Active DEA license or preparedness to secure one prior to credentialing
• Proficiency in utilizing digital communication tools and remote health platforms
• Demonstrated capacity for self-management and independent operation

• Current PMHNP license in the state(s) you wish to practice
• DEA license or willingness to obtain one
• NPI Number
• CAQH
• Medical Malpractice Insurance
