Based in Florida, we are a well-established builder specializing in commercial construction. Projects include restaurants, grocery stores, and multi-story shell buildings. Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a Project Manager.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager with a GC
• Experience with commercial construction
• Experience with ground-up

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with restaurant or similar fast-track projects

Pay

$130,000 - $160,000 per year
