We are a well-established builder specializing in commercial construction, based in Florida. Our projects include restaurants, grocery stores, and multi-story shell buildings. Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a Project Manager.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Experience with commercial construction
• Experience with ground-up construction

Nice to have: experience with restaurant or similar fast-track projects.

Pay

The salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
