Key Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of solar projects from planning to execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Supervising project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality completion.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintaining customer relationships and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing office functions like scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
- Developing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring company policies are followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in solar.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to work independently and remotely after extensive training.
