Products Liability Practice Group

We defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers as trial and global coordinating counsel in product liability and toxic tort cases. Our clients lead cutting-edge industries, such as AI/robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and wine, connected products, medical devices, pharmaceutical, retail and cosmetics, and technology.

We understand the dynamic legal and regulatory landscape and provide creative solutions so our clients can stay ahead of the plaintiffs’ bar.

Who You Are

• High performer with at least 15 years of experience
• Looking for a non-partnership track position
• Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required)
• Manages cases with a high degree of autonomy
• Strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent client service skills
• Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
• Managing document collection, review, and production
• Causation and/or failure analysis
• Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Active member of the bar in the state in which you reside and in Washington state or California

Where We Are

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

For all office locations the annual salary range: $170,000 - $200,000
