You will provide exceptional primary care services to a diverse patient population, ensuring they receive the best possible care from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services via telehealthEvaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions across a broad adult patient populationDevelop treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications within your scope of practicePractice in collaboration with supervising physicians in accordance with state-specific requirements and the platform's clinical protocolsBuild strong relationships with patients through empathetic listening and clear communicationCollaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, NPs, RNs, and care coordinatorsDocument care accurately and completely in the EHRContribute to improving patient care processes and ensuring a high-quality experience Qualifications Master's degree from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant programCurrent NCCPA certification (PA-C) in good standingActive PA license in at least three U.S. statesActive DEA registration, plus applicable state controlled substance registrationsFluent in both English and Spanish2+ years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent careComfortable practicing within a collaborative physician model across multiple statesExceptional communication skills with a warm, upbeat personalityStrong listening skills and the ability to connect with patients virtuallyAbility to work independently and adapt to a fast-growing telehealth environment Nice to Have Prior telehealth or virtual care experienceWillingness to obtain additional state licenses (support provided)Experience with modern EHR platforms and asynchronous care workflows Why Join Us?
