As a Fullmind Occupational Therapist, You Will Deliver engaging, high-quality OT instruction in a remote classroom, building the same rapport and momentum an in-person therapist wouldEvaluate fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills, and translate findings into clear, actionable goalsDesign and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP in a remote setting.Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts requirePartner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators — to keep everyone aligned on student progress Requirements Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited programA Minnesota OT license from the MN Board of Occupational Therapy Practice. Or An OT Compact privilegeComfort and experience with telepractice platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP settingA reliable, FERPA-compliant home setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspaceStrong remote-collaboration skills.
