Responsibilities

• Perform complete eye exams via high-definition video and real-time diagnostic feeds
• Engage directly with patients, providing excellent, personalized care
• Deliver warm, high-quality care through expert exams and treatment
• Provide educational guidance on eye health and prevention
• Lead with professionalism and warmth, building a positive, patient-first culture

Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice Optometry in the state where you’ll practice
• Minimum 1 Year Clinical Experience

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive eye exams
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient engagement and education
• Experience with real-time diagnostic technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools
• Knowledge of optometric practices and procedures
